I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a really nice area of North Miami Beach. The hotel is located right on the beach, which was amazing. I loved being able to step out of my room and onto the sandy shores. The location itself is in a good, quiet area, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The staff at this hotel were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. They made me feel like I was part of their family. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room had a well-equipped kitchen. It was great to have the option to cook my own meals and save some money on dining out. The hotel also offered complimentary breakfast, which was a nice bonus. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others.
All was great, nothing to complain about.

Strongly recommend this hotel. For evening drinks visit Tony Roma's, it is located within 10 minutes by foot. This venue was situated in the beachfront position.

Had a nice time. We truly enjoyed rooms and service, the hotel had everything we required for our trip. We did n't use the pool but it looked heated.

The best aspect of this hotel was its location directly on the beach. I loved being able to walk from the swimming pool to the beach in no time. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent, with free shuffleboard and table tennis available. The parking was easy and cheap, which made it convenient for us to explore the Miami area. The hotel's restaurant also impressed me with its delicious food. the location in the Miami area and the direct access to the beautiful beach were the highlights of my stay.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

Great location and beautiful property
The staff other that the grounds keepers were nasty and not helpfull. The maid actually yelled at us because we were twenty minutes late to checkout. I have never stayed at a hotel that demanded that you leave the room by ten o'clock in the morning. My family had several other encounters with the staff from room towels to service issues and the staff was uncooperative and even refused to look for an item that we left in their baggage storage area. We will never stay at this hotel again.

Amazing beachfront location, with stunning views from the rooms. Great proximity to restaurants and shops, making it easy to find everything you need without having to go far. the staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist whenever possible.
The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some modernization. the pool area was a bit small, and could get crowded at times.

The location is superb; it doesn't really get any better when you want to enjoy the beach and the ocean. The hotel seems pricey, but you have to compare to the others on the strip, like the Trump International next door; it puts it more in perspective. Plus to have a full kitchen in the room was great for preparing breakfast. At first we were disappointed, because the photo's on the website suggest a more luxurious surroundings than in reality. Nevertheless, it was clean and the staff was friendly and forthcoming. We never saw any of the notorious palmetto bugs or other members of the ususal Floridian fauna! The pool and spa facilities were great as well. Overal: not cheap but a fair deal nonetheless.
It was kind of strange the rooms are only cleaned once a week and you have to get your own change of sheets and towels when you need/want to. However, this didn't bother us once we got used to it and who is looking to pay the double just to get you towels brought to you? Further the parking lot and garage have limited space, so you can be confronted with having to park across the street, which is a nuisance, but it's only $20 a week compared to that amount per day at other hotels.

I loved The location, the beach is outstanding. Gorgeous. If the guest choose a two bedroom, front beach, it will be a pleasant stay. The other choices don´t worth, are very poor. The building is old, but the place is ok.

The hotel is a great option for anyone wanting to stay anywhere in Miami Beach but being right on the beach. the location is also convenient for those looking to visit the grocery store or grab a meal at TONY ROMA' Steak & Ribs restaurant right across the street. the rooms are spacious and clean, with full kitchens and some even have a nice view of the ocean. Plus, the staff is responsive and helpful.
Some users have reported issues with the pool and beach chairs being difficult to find or not being available.

The location is excellent, the beach beautiful and clean. The pool and bar service are what one would expect when you want to relax.
The infrastructure of the hotel is a little out of time. The elevators are really slow and the air conditioners were placed on the balconys, not pretty.

Right on the beach, nice pool with free towels, free computer and printer access, fully equipped kitchen.
The efficiency rooms appear slightly rundown.

Had a great Xmas stay with family at this beachfront resort. The ocean views were breathtaking, and we loved the warm heated pool. The landscaped gardens and flowers added to the scenic beauty. A supermarket and various restaurants were conveniently located nearby. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals and enjoy them on the private balcony.
The property could use some upgrading in certain areas, and some of the staff seemed a bit unfriendly. The Wi-Fi signal was weak in some parts of the resort, which made it difficult to stay connected at times.

The staff at the front desk were very nice. The pool staff was rude! The hotel does not provide shampoos in the unit. They provided 2 small soaps for family of 5 and had to ask the laundry dept. for more. Also all towels/linens had to be brought in to the laundry dept for an exchange to a new/clean one - what an inconvenience to the customers dragging the linens/towels all the way to that little hole!

The location is great ! a few steps from the beach. The staff is very nice, you can borrow games for the kids. The pool is heated, big and very clean. The gardens are beautiful. We rented a villa, and had a wonderful time. There is a bar/restaurant by the pool with very good and affordable food. We were there with kids in november (low season) , there were few people and we had a great time : the place is between skyscrapers buildings (that you do; not see from the villas) and it's got some old fashion look which is very relaxing (a little bit like living in the tv show Hawaii five-0, the original one !). It was worth the money we paid for it !
The furniture inside the villa was out of style but if we had a problem (which we had with a closet door), the staff was very reactive, very helpful and nice. The taxes are not included .
